It is necessary to specify for accommodation reservation: date of arrival, date of departure; apartment which you like to reserve; your contact telephone number; the quantity of guests, which are going to stay in the apartment; flight information if you need airport transfer service.

For guaranteed reservation the amount of one night stay fee is required to be prepaid. We suggest making reservation minimum 3 weeks before check in during high season and 5-7 days before check in during low season.

The accommodation is considered as booked once you got booking confirmation voucher from us.

Cancellation policy. In case of reservation is cancelled the deposit is not refundable and can not be moved to other date.
